They are so so sweet!

I'd like to give a shout out to a few people who went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Loreal at the front desk greeted us with a smile. She was friendly, punctual and very helpful with any questions we had. Check in was a breeze and our room was exactly as expected. Michael helped make our stay comfortable by personally washing towels to ensure no fragrance was on them due my severe allergy. Very friendly as well. Daniel in the Bar/Resturant was extremely kind to my son, personable and made our food as ordered. Thank you to the staff for helping make our stay feel more like home!

This place was nice on the exterior but interior and the room was disgusting. Stains on carpet, furniture and shades yet they charged premium price as nicer hotels. Will never go back there

if you can sleep with music blaring from the carport you may have a better experience. Called front desk nothing could be done about it. This morning the music is off. Who plays music while people are trying to sleep?

Janet at the front desk is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She is very bias and makes false accusations without any follow up. Once Columbia County was called and proved her wrong she then did not give me my money back since I was asked to leave. I don’t understand why I’m paying for (2) rooms I did not stay in. I left the premises & then was charged $350 more than what I signed and got rung up for. Manager was never called not once. She tells me I can speak to him the next day and that’s when I would get my refund. If it was a noise complaint fine, but when were you going to address me? Accusing me of marijuana smell is bias, I’m celebrating my son’s 11th birthday with four other 10-11 yr olds WHY WOULD I HAVE WEED IN A ROOM OF KIDS?!?!? Never did she call the room to tell me we’re too loud or to quiet down, not even come personally to check the room herself. Columbia County even walked in & told her there’s no smell of marijuana & yet I was still charged $250 smoking fee once I left and at check in the room rate was $99 (I signed the receipt) but yet my charges were $142.10 Would not recommend staying here.

I normally love Holiday Inn hotels. However, not this one! The hotel room desperately needed cleaning! The floor infront of the door was super slick. We almost fell several times. The bathroom and entire room was filthy. The tub was slick. The sheets had not been changed or washed because they stank like that dirty corn chippy smell on both beds...disgusting. I wore white socks around the room, which were dark brown on the bottom by the end of our two night stay. The sheer blind in the window had something splattered all over it as did the wall next to the bed. If it wasn't 4th of July weekend with limited availability elsewhere, we would've find another hotel. We won't be back!!!
