I always leave my appointments feeling spoiled. From the moment I walk in I'm greeted by absolutely delightful staff. I'm offered a warm blanket while laying back and enjoying the sweeping views of the Dallas skyline outside the room window. The hygienist is incredibly thorough stopping throughout the cleaning to explain what she is doing. Dr. J is brilliant at breaking down all the details of procedures. Her priority is prevention of dental disasters. She's helped me to understand the importance of taking vital steps in my daily routines to avoid a dental emergency or procedure.

I have been a patient of Dr. Neeley for quite a few years. I'm impressed with the professionalism that start the moment you walk in and they greet U at the front desk. Dr. Neeley is The Consummate Professional," very good at what he does and is very comforting. "ALL" of the ladies on staff are always cordial and appear to be happy to assist customers.

Worst experience with dr.neeley. I was a patient of Dr.J before she left (loved her). I went in to see about whitening and to replace bonding and told him I have anxiety with dentists and instead of helping me feel comfortable he talked down to me for 25 min and then asking why am I there if I've had a bad experience. This guy had me in tears leaving. No one should support someone that belittles people especially that already have anxiety over coming in. Even the assistant didn't know what I did to be treated in such an awful way. If I could give zero stars I would. This man doesn't deserve to work with people.
