Friendly neighborhood, and new wonderful management… Only issue not new managements fault is ensure your trim is sealed because the roach problem is a real thing no matter how clean you make things been like that since day 1… looks like they got better pest people so we shall see…

I have never lived here, but I went to see a studio on Saturday. Unfortunately, it had been rented out the previous day and I couldn't afford anything else they had. The woman working in the leasing office was still incredibly helpful and tried to help me find somewhere I could go. If she was that helpful with someone she knew wouldn't be able to rent from her, I can only imagine how good she is for the residents there.

Don't move here. Please look somewhere else. Moved in back in January of 2022, when I moved in the smoke detector in my unit was unplugged and left on the ground. The covers for the ceiling lights and filter for the range hood were left in the dishwasher. Didn't get them installed until 4 days ago. Constant battle against wood roaches even after constant cleaning and preventative measures. Gun shots can also be heard very clearly every month or so. Leasing office promised a gift card shortly after moving in but have yet to see or hear any updates however the management company has been changed effective 3/1 so I'm hopefully but not expected much. Will try and update in 3 months.
