This was the worst moving experience we have ever had. The load up guys broke multiple important items, took 2x as long as quoted. Caught them on their phones multiple times. Janyce Perry, was our "moving coordinator". What a joke. Getting updates from her was pulling teeth. We were originally quoted an initial delivery date, and that suddenly changed when the 1st truck got too full. Not only did this delay the arrival of our items by over 10 days, we had to contact our coordinator to even get that update. Upon delivery of the items, several were broken, including a 60 year old family heirloom. Their adjudication process was a joke. They sent out someone without any credentials related to our damage. They ignored the professional quotes we obtained and offered thousands less than the professional quotes. While this move was from GA to PA, I am an Atlanta native. I have a lifetime's worth of family and friends in GA and I will tell anyone I know who moves to run from this company.

We recently moved from CA to GA. It is a terrifying process knowing that all of your personal belonging, many irreplaceable, are loaded into a huge semi and then driven across the country by someone you've only just met. We could not have had a better experience. Huge shout to Shawn Tribble, the driver, for his care, his professionalism and his great team that loaded in CA and another team that unloaded in GA. Our furniture and hundreds of boxes were handled with care. There was no damage, he was on time and no surprise costs, exactly what we were quoted. Shawn made a stressful move a pleasure. We highly recommend Hilldrup.
