A very good insulation. Unfortunately, the customer service I experienced was poor. They went back on their word on a cost / a refund on a part that they said they would do originally. Otherwise It would be 5 stars, and i would recommend it to others. Unfortunately, i can't, and I won't be returning.
We had a dash cam fitted and replaced a USB socket and every point they gave us the best value for money options. They did exactly what they said they would do and did it well. I wouldn’t hesitate in using or recommending them again.
Very knowledgeable people. Thank you for your advice. I disconnected My Ford Focus battery for a few hours, connected it up again and it reset everything including the central screen. Thank you.
Previous reviews proved to be accurate. Jeremy is a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable guy that will absolutely do his very best to meet your needs. Importantly for someone who had to drive 30 miles to and from his workshop he was ready for me when I arrived and got the job done well within the allocated time.
Having been to a high street retailer initially when looking to get a media centre that would allow bluetooth android auto and realising they really didn't have the knowledge or skills to fit in my car due to it having fibre optic controls plus factory amps it was a relief to find Highdown. From the moment I spoke to Jeremy on the phone it was obvious he knew his stuff and was happy to chat with me to explain clearly what was needed. He was even able to build the quote as we spoke so I knew exactly what I would be paying and for what. Work done is top notch and Jeremy prides himself on making sure installs are neat as possible with wires hidden and external pieces placed in unobtrusive places. I was 100% pleased with final result which I think looks as though it is factory fitted with quality facia plate that blends in with dash perfectly. For all future car audio needs will be going straight to Highdown as great to deal with someone who has passion for what they do and is both helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.
