Bad service

I purchased a Hero X plus bike from SOS motors Meppayyur on December 18th 2020. Six days after the purchase,I cant even start my vehicle after a wash and I informed the service centre of SOS motors, they promised that they will look into the problem and will take the vehicle for service as soon as possible. Till now their customer service executive have not yet arrived or informed me about the delay in service. Really disappointed with the customer service of SOS motors and for not offering the real solution to my problem.
