I don't know about sales, but the service is very good when compared to other showrooms in Malappuram, the supervisor is very much experienced and good in personality

I came across very frustrating and poor customer service from this dealer ,which I never experienced earlier. I had booked one...at the time of booking dealer told that it will be delivered within....days and I gave the advance too.The bike which I had booked is mistankely delivered to another customer.I am continuously following up with them regarding the issue,but there is no satisfactory response from their end.I physically visit dealer point for delivery of bike on that time he said like the bike is out of stock. Every time the dealer is saying that we are not getting bike from the plant,so we cannot do anything.His behaviour seem like very irresponsible.This is the first time iam experiencing such a bad customer service...😡😡😡😡😡😡👎👎👎👎👎
