I very rarely leave reviews but feel inclined to do so after receiving excellent service from Hero. We stumbled upon a few issues during the leasing process but these were handled with professionalism and urgency. Ultimately, after a little back and forth, Hero made the situation right and that is something that I believe few rental agencies these days would have done. Zach was particularly helpful in this situation. We are very much looking forward to our lease!
I recently used Hero Properties and they were really helpful during the process. Answered my thousand questions and met me at the location when I was ready. They responded quickly and paperwork was done without waiting or issues. Adriana was really helpful during the process. They have been great to work with.
I used Hero to rent out my house, and later sell it, and had a really good experience with the company. Zach was awesome to work with as the rental property manager. We had a couple of bumps in the road during the rental period and whenever something came up he was on the ball and very responsive to make sure issues were corrected quickly. Ashton was great as a realtor and worked hard to get the house sold for a good price. Thanks for all the good work team!
