Don't take your family member there. Their not taking care of them. It took a 1 hour and 10 minute for them to come and check on her when she pushed the button for a nurse or nurse aid. They didn't want to take her to the bathroom. They just let her pee in the bed. Bath time never happened after 4 weeks she was there. I asked them , they said they did. Very poor staff. If I could give them a 0 star I would
my great grandma has went for the rehab because she’s recently been in the hospital for various reasons. she hasn’t been there for a week it’s been 5 days she already been left without meds, was suppose to shower her two days ago, said they would last night...never came. Never came to give her meds or breakfast this morning. Every time you click the emergency button it takes at least 15 minutes for someone to come. The staff are really nice but they need to up the work and care about what they’re doing.
I was in this facility for 20 days. I read the reviews and just like everything, everyone has an opinion. This is mine. I went there for physical and occupational therapy. The facility is CLEAN. The nursing staff is outstanding. They are helpful and pleasant. They keep a smile on their face and yours. They have several different therapy rooms that are staffed with experienced and knowledgeable therapist. They do an amazing job to get you back to a good level of physical recovery, Again the staff,from top to bottom, treat you with respect, understanding and care.
I’ve worked for Heritagespring for a total of 5 years and don’t regret one bit of my time hear. The management team is awesome and works together to address any concerns that our residents may have. Of course the pandemic made things challenging during that period yet our goals to care for our residents/patients never wavered. Most of the residents I talked to seems to be pleased with their care here and really enjoys the food. There’s always room for improvement in any business and we strive to that, as a management team,constantly.
Nearly 7 years ago I joined the Heritagespring family as a new career. Having never worked in this setting I was not sure what to expect. I can now say that I love getting to see my "family" each day! So many of the long term residents are dear to my heart. I have also enjoyed meeting so many interesting people with great stories as they pass through our facility. I look forward to hearing many more stories for years to come!
