The professionalism of Dr. Martinez going over my eye exam results in detail and answering my questions with patience and understanding. Julie was awesome since I walked in the door, she greeted with a nice smile and kindness! Denica also very nice and informative and helpful. I can only say I was impressed with all the staff at this place. Thank you and keep up the great work. 👏🏻😃
Really nice people and love this place , but it's 2023 and they are still using "COVID" protocols.
Oh My Goodness I found an awesome eye 👁️ doctor today. At Hemet Eye care center. who is an amazing Dr. Martinez and with a Staff who Amazing and treat people with respect I recommend this place make your appointment with them you will be amazed as well.
The frames and the lenses were superb. And the employees were very professional and friendly. And I would highly recommend the service they provide to anyone. Thank you to all the employees there. They are a blessing. Bobby Van
Staff was amazing. Great service. I came in and was seen within 15 minutes (most of which was spent filling out new patient paperwork). Office is clean. Mask must be worn. They do keep the front door locked. There is a ring doorbell to alert the staff to let you in. There is also a number you can call. I’m so glad I found this place closer to where I live.
Everyone was beyond friendly here, from the moment I walked in when I was greeted at the door. I noticed the office was extremely clean and tidy. Julie and jasmine were very helpful and as for Dr.Martínez she made me feel so welcome and comfortable. It was very easy to talk with everyone there as they helped me chose a nice new pair of glasses and also get me into my trial pair of contacts the same day! I’m so glad I found this office and not to mention the fact that they accept my insurance. Thank you everyone for the amazing experience.
