Heavenly Desserts Watford

Presentation is all good, staff were welcoming and sat us down in a comfortable stop. I was however disappointed with the service. Being that we ordered and our food came to our table after other tables that had ordered after us. The food was average the ice cream was not soft and chocolate chunks felt dry. I just thought that all the effort is put in the presentation of the food rather the actual taste of the food. Just average tasting desserts at premium prices for the way they look.

Absolutely lush little place. Really decent prices and such fluffy waffles!! Nice young lady served us and its got such a lovely decor ♡ Will def be going here again!

The worst service I have ever received! This is my first and last time visiting! Went in one evening with my family and got greeted by a young girl who seated us and gave us the menus. Within 10 minutes we decided what we wanted and were ready to order. The young girl kept walking past us but would not acknowledge us. It was as if we were not there. I had to force eye contact and grab her attention. Long story short, we waited 30 minutes for our order to be taken and decided to walk out. Complete lack of customer service and professionalism. The owner(s) need to take responsibility and train their staff properly. Simply poor. Do not be fooled by their fake 5 star reviews. ps i do not usually leave reviews.

The experience in this establishment is amazing!!! The desserts here were fresh and tasted amazing. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to go a fine dessert parlour. When here look out for Sandra and Gabi since they are the best of the best!!!!!

It wasn't the best experience. The atmosphere is really crucial and one would anticipate it in everything: the service, the setting and the music. The latter one was especially painful. It's understandable that you can't fit all tastes, but there's a variety of styles that are neutral. We came with the kids, and I think it's reasonable to anticipate little spoons to be served to kids. Apparently, it's not. So, in general, it wasn't horrible, but in detail, in detail it was really below expectations.
