Me and my family use to find so much relief and comfort going here for our needs. They all were nice and understanding, and tried to help you with anything and everything you had issues with. There were no questions comments and or concerns that went unanswered. Thanks to Mrs. Paula and her team of nurses. But ever since they changed doctors once again and then changed all the policies and nurses also were exchanged, I always leave with unanswered questions and or concerns. I get more “we are gonna work on this first” and then the next vital symptoms. I am truly sad and can say the quality of this place has gone down drastically. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do in regards to this matter but I will say I hope that the doctors and nurses are more attentive of their patients and resolve all their needs, not just the main one that “should” take care of the other symptoms.
