Dr. Hernandez and her team are Amazing!! Starting with the correct diagnosis and appropriate treatment plan Dr Hernandez has helped me gain the mobility and get rid of shoulder pain :) Highly recommend it anyone needing back adjustments or suffering from back neck and shoulder pain!!!

Dr. Hernandes and her team are absolutely Amazing!! I have nodes my treatment yet and already deel 100% better. My spine is aligned, my neck is adjusted and the headaches are gone!! Every session brings me a little more relief from pain. I highly recommend Dr Hernandez for your chiropractic needs.

I went to Healtsoure on Royal Palm for lower back pain for one month, three days a week, each visit cost at the beginning $46 then $45. They did physical therapy that had nothing to do with lower back pain because they wanted me to come longer to spend more money. My deductible was $1000 before my insurance start paying. I had been misled all this time and my lower back pain became worse. I did an X-ray and then they recommended me to do an MRI for $250 which the insurance did not cover. Their goal was to make me used up my deductible before they could start the treatment which was to decompress my back. I stopped going after over a month of exercise which didn't help my pain get better. Then, I googled lower back pain and I started watching Youtube videos and doing all the lower back decompression exercises. In two days, I started feeling better, in addition, I bought a lower back decompression belt from Amazon for $51 which works great. I heard negative things about chiropractors, but after that experience, now I believe them. I don't recommend Healthsource in Royal Palm because all they see is money before everything.

I first arrived without the ability to move without pain. Dr. Hernandez and staff provided various services which assisted me through my recovery process. The welcoming, considerate, and knowledgeable staff makes each visit amazing. Thanks to them, I am pain free and back to my old self!

This is not a place I would recommend to anyone. The staff was nice when I walked in. The owner/doctor Hernandez. She is not too pleasant. On my initial visit, she asked about reports, which I offered to email to her. I came for a next scheduled visit with documents that were provided prior to my arrival. However, upon my arrival, I was met with a combative Hernandez. I reminded her of our prior conversation about records, etc. I continued to remind her of this. Speaking direct, clear without being confrontational. She appeared as though I would fold or bend to her arrogant attitudr. Being an advocate for myslef she could not handle it. Without going in further, I'd rather be treated by a doctor who is honest and not lie and to make themselves look like the victim. A doctor that lies is not the doctor for me.

Convinced my mother to go to the chiropractor for the first time, we arrive early and did not expect to be seen early but from the start of our appointment time we wait 15 minutes to be told maybe 5 more minutes. At 23 minutes after our appt time are told 5 more minutes. Very disrespectful of our time. I did have a nice return call from the doctor trying to reschedule.

The team at PB healthcenter is amazing! The care team does a fantastic job personalizing care to turn your power on! So grateful to be apart of this wellness program ! Shout out to Dr. Nathan, he is the foot whisperer !
