Mary did absolutely amazing work! I have struggled finding a massage therapist who mixes modalities to address my needs. I rescheduled for 1.5 hours in 2 weeks to get further benefit.

Went for a deep tissue massage since I lift weights a lot I was in desperate need of tension release and she did just that! Well worth the money and she was a pleasure to be around and made me feel comfortable

Mary Self is THE best when it comes to massage. I'm always amazed at how she can find the source of any issue I'm having and, if she can't correct it immediately, I know that I'm on the path to recovery.

I had an appt. with Mary back in December 2023 for a very sore and painful knee I had injured in Sept.. She worked wonders on my knee and then used a shockwave handheld device that made my knee feel even better that day. Then with each passing day after that my knee was slowly healing and was less painful. After about a month I did not need to use my cane nor did I feel any pain from that problem knee. Thank you Mary! ☺️

Tammy was fantastic! Hands down, the most therapeutic massage I've ever had. Her knowledge of physiology & ability to locate and break down problem areas is remarkable, and her hand strength might very well rival or exceed that of an iron worker... she's powerful! And she provided me some recommendations on how to prevent or reduce the build up of tension in my neck, chest, and shoulders. I'm sure she's great doing a relaxing Swedish, too, but do not miss an opportunity to have Tammy help with your knots, kinks & creaks!
