Shop was great. Selection was phenomenal especially for a small town. But the customer service was downright awful. I went in to buy a vape for myself and my friend. There was a discount if you bought 2, which I was going to buy in the first place. My friend picked out the one she wanted and I asked to try hers before I picked one out for myself. To see if I wanted the same flavor. The clerk (John Z I think the receipt said) immediately took it over to the cash register to ring it up for me to pay for it before I selected mine. So I followed him and asked again if I could try since there was a discount for buying 2. He said something along the lines of “yeah but you can’t just buy one at a time.” Perplexed, I again asked if I could try that one before picking out the one I wanted. He tossed it down on the counter and stood there staring at me. So I unwrapped it and as soon as I set the box down on the counter, he snatched the empty box up. Why he did that…No clue. I tried it and didn’t particularly care for it so I walked back over to the front of the store to pick out the one I wanted. I picked the one I wanted and then picked out another $35 vape. He rang them all up, didn’t say a single word the entire time. I suppose I put him out of sorts by asking a question. Worst customer service I’ve ever had at a vape shop. Won’t ever go back there when there’s other places to buy…which is unfortunate because the shop itself was actually pretty great.

Just started going here got to say good product haven't let me down prices are good can't complain staff awesome and intuitive on all product's no complaints
