My experience with Syed was AMAZING. Even though the tour was virtual he provided me with a full concierge experience. He was extremely detailed and very welcoming from onset. He truly made the viewing experience one of the best I've ever had !

I will write a very honest review. The leasing consultant Antonella is very responsive and supportive. She always kept me updated. She assured me of any concerns I had about renting the place. That's something I have never experienced in Toronto rent hunting. The building itself is very clean. I heard from the current resident that they clean almost every day. The Landry area is also clean and organized. Room is freshly renovated, spacious and has a balcony and big windows. I talked with some residents the other day. They said they hadn't had any issues ( one person has been living there for two years ). These days renting is competitive. When they got one more application, Antonella comforted me by telling me she would try her best to ensure an apartment. When I had some sudden personal issues, Antonella supported me professionally. The company is compassionate and values the quality of living of its residents. I highly recommend Hazelview Properties.
Bedbugs on the 4th floor. The issue started in Dec 2022. I notified the management immediately, to which they responded and called pest control. The pest control they use is all chemicals that did not work at least from what I observed. At Last, I left the apartment in Feb 2022, because my lease was up and I did not want to deal with this headache anymore. I had to live somewhere else for the Feb duration because I was terrified of bedbugs. I had to throw away almost all of my furniture. The management (Hazelview Properties) is nice and pretty responsive, but they did not let me get private pest control treatment, probably because they did not want the bedbug treatment vans to be seen outside the building (bad publicity) Also, the whole building is definitely infested with ROACHES, no doubt. The bedbugs took their time to appear since I moved in (I had my first encounter after around 6-8 months of moving in) BUT I have had roaches for all of my stay. In Addition, the HEATING do not properly work in Winters, you'd be freezing inside if it is a snow storm or cold weather outside (which is half year since its Toronto). You could buy a heater or manage yourself BUT I think even the building management cannot do anything about that because I asked several times and their response was that I should buy a heater for myself lol DO NOT let the pretty renovated apartments fool you, do your homework before you move in. The building is pretty old and was built in 1963, the management is responsive so it looks pretty but it is probably hollow and rotten from the inside. At the end, it is your decision!
