I have lived at the Maitlands for over 20 years. It’s always been a lovely place to call home but it wasn’t until Suzie took over the superintendent job that the place has really been loved, clean and taken care of. Not only is she a lovely person, she takes the time to get to know us and any problem we have is taken care of promptly. Thank you Suzie!
Suzie is an outstanding building manager! Always helpful and very attentive to our tenant needs. She is polite, friendly, always quick with a smile, and especially quick with a solution to any problems that may arise in the building. Suzie brings a superior level of attention and care to everything she does and she goes above and beyond to make sure that our apartments are well maintained. It's attention to detail like this that takes a "good living space" and makes it a "Home". Well Done Suzie! You are the Best!
I’ve been here for 2 years and Suzie is the best building manager! She is very responsive and always looking out for her tenants. When there is something brought to her attention she always solves it. She has made living there such a stress free experience and I am very thankful. All of her hard work does not go unnoticed!
Building is very beautiful! It is old, has it’s own issues like any other of course. But I like it. We are very lucky to have Suzie here. She is always ready to help, taking care of everything, running around. Always ready to answer my questions and I always have many 😅
When we first moved in, the building manager was unreliable, gave us lots of wrong info, and didn’t respond to maintenance calls in a timely manner. BUT - ever since Suzie became the building manager, everything has been great. She’s a lovely, kind woman who cares about tenants and the quality of the building. She always responds almost immediately to requests and has done a great job juggling the various tasks necessary to keep this old building up to date.
