They maintenance technicians respond fast! They usually come the same day if you put the request early enough and they will do their best to solve it or find somebody that can solve it. I’ve only had to call them about 3 times I’ve been here and they have solved my issues every time. They do a really good job
Quiet, very helpful leasing office from everyone - positive energy to a positive lady Anita, listens well and helpful with any troubles. I would have stayed longer if I didn’t have run into situations. Thank you for the safety and easy process.
Management was bad most of the time. Didnt get warnings of issues with gates, at one point both gates had to be kept open as they were both broke over 5 months. Trash situation is terible 1 compactor for the whole complex. Forget dumping on sat and sun as it would be imposible. Heater is undersized for sqft on 718sqft apt. Grounds keeping is bad. Our entrence haul always had spiderwebs and debrie. Just a big no i did not continue my lease after all the issues that i had with the lack of upkeep the owners were willing to do.
Worst experience EVER. Maintenance is AWFUL and if you’re on the ground floor they work on your apt right outside your bedroom window without notice. The people in the front office are absolutely no help. Went months without A/C and even hot water with no compensation (they offer $300 only for the heat being out). Maintenance has been to my apt so many times because they for whatever just can NOT do anything right the first time. Theyve broken my sink, and the manager is a liar.
Ms. Anita is this place’s only saving grace. We are going on day 4 with no air conditioning in the dead of July. Twice now, we’ve had our water shut off with no warning at 7:00am in the morning while we are getting ready for work for routine maintenance. The pool didn’t open until the week after July 4th and then abruptly closed again for several days. The gates rarely work and are either inaccessible/closed or wide open for anyone to wander in at all hours of the night. We’ve heard gun shots several times as of late. The grounds are poorly maintained. The list could go on. It’s sad, because this place was great a year ago. I suspect they’ve come under new management or can’t keep good people employed. I hope other residents have had a better experience than I have.
I just recently moved in! I have much research and read a lot of reviews. I have read the reviews of other apartments and they consisted of poor management or poor units in general, but I can not say the same about Haven. The units are incredible and the office staff is amazing. Johndalyne and Anita are the nicest and funniest people I’m met so far. They both are a power team and helped me feel really comfortable and welcomed. I would recommend Haven. Decently priced and amazing looking apartments! Make sure you ask for Anita or Johndalyne. Also w&d in each unit!!
