WOW! I'm so happy I was referred to John at Hav-A-Tech! He is amazing, can't say enough about his service! I took my computer there, he fixed it in 5 minutes, didn't even want to charge me! I had to force him to charge me something. Just a all around good person! Thank you John!
Hav-A-Tech is an incredible place to get all the help you could need. This is an amazing business, with incredible service and expertise that comes from years of working directly with different products. You will find that John is honest, hard-working, and extremely ethical. His service on my old laptop and getting me set up on a new one was above and beyond what I had expected. He took time to explain the situation with my old laptop, which was beyond usefulness for my needs. He then took the time to sit with me to help me understand better how to use my new laptop, and was extremely patient in ensuring I was able to use the tools I needed. Even though he had multiple customers come and go while I was there, he never made me feel like I was keeping him from something more important but rather made me feel like I was the only one that needed his time. Not only was he helpful, but he was respectful (not condescending), patient, and made the process seem simple. John is a very knowledgeable and courteous person. I am not a techie so I have him handle all of my computer stuff and he's very calm and kind about it. John is also easily available and very quick with his work so I don't have to wait forever to get my computer back.
Had some computer issues and was looking for someone knowledgeable and easy to work with. After the first visit, I knew this was the right guy. John Staib is very knowledgeable, down to earth and very honest. He did an amazing job on our new computer and I love that he's always willing to help.
