I have never had any issues with the staffs here because majority of them were friendly and provide excellent service. However, today was not my lucky day as i met one of the staffs who was pushy and too hard selling. I repeatedly told him that I am not looking for any Dyson's vacuum cleaner as I had my own bad experiences with it so I need alternative. He kept on saying Dyson is the best and deliberately made a condescending comment about me. I have used Dyson before everyone else jumped on the bandwagon. Whenever I try to look at another product, he said that it is not as good as Dyson. Bro, come on lah this is not nice and you want to sell Dyson coz of high commission is it? And he rambled about how he served Dato Datin in Pavilion Harvey Norman. So? I dont bloody care who you served , that is in the past. You have potential buyer but then you lost one today. I won't mention any name or race.
On the 1st day of the Hari Raya my existing clothes dryer stopped working. I called Harvey Norman KL East branch and spoke to Mr Ho. He was so knowledgeable and explained to me all the brands of dryers available. So on the same day I went to Harvey Norman and bought a new unit with the additional warrantty. Thank you Mr Ho for your excellent service. Keep up the good job.
