My Dream for almost 50 years was to own and Ride a Harley, Thanks to Justin in sales and Mike in finance that dream is now come true. I had gone to a few different dealerships and the folks there where pushy and rude since this was my first bike. The tried to over sell me a bike I didn’t want and when I said so they where offensive. The folks at Harley Davidson of Baltimore listened to me and my needs and got me on a great new bike. I have to say I have been to many Harley Davidson Stores but this one is amazing Dina was absolutely amazing even when she couldn’t be there when I bought my bike. She helped me from home because personal issues she had to deal with the day I came in, she walked me through it and had me meet with another sales person. But she really helped buy the bike I wanted and even contacted me when the bike I wanted came in. So a huge shout out to this amazing sales lady she is awesome I recommend everyone go here truly amazing thank you…

Dina was awesome! This was my first Harley purchase and she was very patient with me. I like to add she was kind as she worked in picking the best bike for me. I can’t say enough about my experience here, I went to another dealer and none of the bikes had visible listing prices, which I don’t like. Everything was upfront and transparent here. My salesman Justin was amazing I actually got my rider safety book from him last year when I took my rider safety course! ( I highly recommend btw, Drew my instructor was hands down the best!) I had a great experience from start to finish truly great staff and I highly recommend!

Jeremy in sales is the best! Huge help walking me through the process of buying my first Harley. No pressure and a ton of great information! After I purchased, I had some lights and accessories added on - the parts dept and techs are great to work with as well. Love my home store!! The ladies in accessories and apparel are great too. Everyone is super knowledgeable and pleasant to work with!
