Hard Rock Cafe

I couldn’t wait to go to this Hard Rock Cafe bc of the one in Myrtle Beach, SC. Trust and believe it’s not the same. My shrimp was overcooked and my husband burger was cold. We sent it back and it came out a lot better but they charged us for two shrimp and hamburger meals. It was not the waiter fault. He was especially fantastic. Loved loved the waiter. Myrtle Beach location is awesome. I’ve been there several times and love it. That’s why I was happy to see it here in Atlantic City but it’s not the same. I did originally have you three stars but since you doubled charged me for this horrible food I changed it.

I have been to other hard rock cafe's in the past. This is my first time at this location. It was ok. I brought two mixed drinks at the bar 30 bucks!! My goodness. The service was really good. The staff was really friendly. We got a table looking out at the boardwalk very nice. The appetizer did not come out hot. We told our server and she brought out ice cream after the meal on the house. Very thoughtful. The pulled pork sandwich was delicious.

First, the food was great. Absolutely fantastic burger. I ordered the mushroom/swiss. The service, though .. ehh, no so much. They have outside dining but it was chilly so we asked to sit inside (there were multiple empty tables available). We were told by the hostess we could but it would be an hour wait. Not sure why, we could clearly see at least 7 or 8 tables available. To add further insult, we overheard the waitress at the next table ask her guests if they were alright sitting outside and would they like to go in. They did not, but we still did and weren't offered that option. The waiter was hustling, but probably a little overwhelmed (or at least it seemed that way). He was polite and professional, however, I had to ask for my side of dressing three separate times before it was brought to me (I'm glad I was persistent because it probably was the best tasting blue cheese I've ever tasted). He took an extended time getting our bill as well. So all in all, the food is great. The service could use work.

Hard rock casino is quite cool. I played my first roulette on the table here. My luck did a great job but on one of my move the Asian male dealer didn’t inform me that I’m violating a rule and let me loose as it is. I felt so bad. That dealer was so less expressive and doesn’t even help to explain the rules as compared to other dealers. He must be in his mid 40s and looked completely pissed. Hard Rock Cafe should have good dealers so they can help explaining rules for first timers. Apart from that the place was really nice they had all the props and dresses of legends framed in there who all have performed there. They had allot of cafeteria’s also where you can fulfill your hunger. Try once if you are in Atlantic City

The food here is really good. My first time eating at this location was amazing. The area we were seated at was perfect, because it let you get the view of the kitchen. Everything was fresh, and tasted yummy. I got the pepperoni flatbread, and I loved how it was a little spicy, but like not spicy. It really let you taste all of it. The strawberry lemonade I got was really good too. Tasted refreshing and fruity
