We have had an excellent experience with M/s Hanu Reddy Realty (OMR Branch), specifically Mr. Mani Palani (VP) and Mr. Kanmanisubbu (Sr. Realtor). I visited their OMR office on 17th March 2023, wanting to request their services to sell our apartment in Shollinganallur. I was met by the above 2 gentlemen – polite, polished, well-spoken. They heard me out, gave matter-of-fact advice about the possible sale values for that location, type of situation & age of flat, etc - very helpful. Also, very business-like – we signed a proper contract, the documents required from us (Sellers) were detailed & terms of their appointment were clearly spelt out. We are not residents of Chennai; I was staying there for just 2 days so did not have much time to handle further matters. Mr. Kanmanisubbu visited the flat immediately, and, being well-versed with requirements of associations, security etc, was able to help me with practical advice & proactive assistance on several matters. He kept in touch with us and actively pursued prospective Buyers. Once the Sale was agreed upon, M/s Hanu Reddy arranged everything so smoothly / expeditiously – everything (including Registration) completed by 5th May 2023 !!! Really appreciate it…
