Dr. Vajna Rafeek has proven to be wonderful for us. We moved from New Zealand and didn't have a good idea about health care here. Doc guided us through everything and made our health care and well being journey amazingly easy. Really appreciate Hanson Medical's staff and team, they've been truly awesome 👍

Kind attention to Practice Manager, The receptionist name "Eva" was very rude. I have made an appointment for my husband on last Monday when we came to the appointment she was telling there was no appointment due to new patient. She was telling some stories and same time another new patient came from her nationality fill the form and allowed them to consult the doctor. I was waiting for 2 hours with the kids to consult doctor after 2 hours she told us to contact another doctor. When we are looking for a doctor is our choice but this receptionist try to do her favour she is forcing me unknown doctors how fare is this? Please teach her to do her job properly. Please change your attitude and Patience. I never come to this place anymore and NEVER RECOMMEND to anyone.

Called here today when we couldn't get assistance from our normal GP to see my daughter who had been vomiting for hours with a very bad migraine. These guys squeezed us in. Reception staff and doctor were caring, compassionate, listened and provided a wonderful service. Can't thank you enough for the care and treatment my daughter received today

Unfortunately I don't have 0 star option. Used to be our family medical center since it started. Not anymore as it started ripping off patients ruthlessly. They started charging $70 for after 6pm appointments regardless you have medicare. Today they charged $70 for my son for been "inactive" in their system.(They fine patients for not being sick). Reception lady handed over their "policy statement" to me and said "its up to you" when I ask about it. will Never visit and never recommend.

Fantastic medical centre. The administration team always go over and above to accommodate the medical needs of myself and my family. The doctors we have seen have all been caring and highly experienced. Happy to recommend this wonderful health centre to anyone that is looking for quality care.

If google has 0 star policy i would give 0 stars just to the reception lady whoever she was on phone very rude, hang up on me without listening to my point and she thought she is doing her best not to answer my phone no you are not. My son is sick and i really wanted an appointment but she refused to listen me. I have been there 3-4 times before. Never had any issue and have no problem and doctors are good and also gave me an appointment before without registering my daughter and they have done it on the spot. She need to change her attitude.You have poor customer service skills and if you don’t have patience to listen to the customer then don’t work. Thank you.
