There seems to be no proper safety mechanism. In one of your installations, the lift fell down into the lift pit due to over weight. In the event of over weight, the safety mechanism would automatically prevent closure of the door. In respect of one of your luft installations, there was a serious accident. Please clarify the reason for such failure.
