It was a nice experienced in my 27 years. Because staffs are treated like their own family and also good fecilities.

I went for an haircut on Sunday...That was actually a painful day for me...I was having a long hair...just went for a normal U cut..I was clearly telling my requirement...but that lady was not all listening what I'm saying...and finally I lost 3/4 th of my hair..I was really shocked...Will never ever step into that saloon again and will never just the same to anyone.. Please appoint some experienced staff. Very very poor service.In my 28 yrs of life...First time I'm now having such a short hair.My family and my friends are really shocked after seeing me.. I don't understand what these ladies are doing there... understand the meaning of customer care ..will never forget that day....
