Very professional… and willing to work solutions that works for you. They got some great stylist who knows what they are doing and make it look natural. Beth helped with the solution options very patient and recommends the right product Lucy is one the stylist and does an awesome job.
Sheila and Lucy are absolutely amazing! They went well above and beyond making me feel super comfortable and welcome! They made me feel great and listened to everything I was asking for! I will always highly recommend them! Great work and great people!
I am pleased to offer a glowing review of my experiences at Hairline Creations in Arlington Heights, Illinois. The service is impeccable! Hats off to both Joella McCann, master stylist, and Nikki Jurkowski, designer, for always making me feel welcome and valued! Joella is my stylist and she does an amazing job! She is just as concerned about my appearance as I am. I leave every appointment feeling and looking better than when I came in. I can't ask for more than that! For her part, Nikki is helpful and courteous in answering my questions. Both Joella and Nikki are a dynamic duo and I can't say enough good things about them! I am proud to assign them the highest rating possible!
What to say about a place that has a Sheila & a Lucy ? Oh wait I know PERFECTION-FRIENDLY-ACCOMMODATING, always patient and providing time and services needed. All other staff is pretty great as well. Love this place & will be coming back for years to come.
I'm lucky enough to have had a job that made it possible for me to travel the world and work with some of the most talented make-up and hair stylists in the motion picture industry. The staff at HLC ranks right up there with the very best of those with whom I've been fortunate enough to work. My current stylist, Lucy, is a very gifted artist who listens and turns my wishes into reality. Her skills are second to none. She is a magician with hair. I've also worked with both Jo Ann and Joella who are equally impressive and creative. I'm sure the rest of the staff rises to their level of excellence. The heartbeat of HLC is Sheila. She is relentless in making sure that every client is happy. Her depth of knowledge of this business is truly amazing. She is a true pleasure with whom to work. Please believe me when I say these people will make you look your best. And, if you've been sitting on the fence with regard to non-surgical hair replacement, please go ahead and give them a chance. They will change your life for the better and make the process effortless.
My experience was more positive then I had expected. I was traveling through Chicago on vacation and wanted to experience a professional hair replacement salon. I spoke many times with Sheila as I had many questions. She was kind and thorough. I was convinced this was the place for me. My visit was the best. I got the works, new hair system, installed, some highlights, and a wicked hair cut by Lucy. My hairline creations system is my favorite and the one I wear the most. Kudos to Sheila and Lucy. I need to recognize the receptionist she triaged my many calls. Thanks for taking great care of me.
