I have been going here for a little over a year and a half. The service they offer is unmatchable in my experience as I have considered other hair system locations in Chicago and have heard bad stories. Liz(Elizabeth) who is the manager of Hairline Creations at montrose location makes sure her clients are taken care of. She has been one of the nicest people to talk to and if there is any issue with your system which is very rare, she will do whatever she can to resolve that issue right away. The 2 stylist who I have been going to regularly are Lindsy and Curin. They are very good at what they do. Not to say that other stylists are bad because I have gone to Cindy as well and she is also really good with a great sense of humor! Due to my scheduling conflicts with work, I am able to go to Lindsy or Curin more often..Point is, I can go to any stylist at hairline creations and not have to worry about anything going wrong with my system. Hairline creations really takes care of you and your needs. Forever grateful and highly recommend anyone looking for a system to come check out hairline creations, specifically montrose location. They do have another location but I have only been to the location on montrose. Take my word, you won't be disappointed as we all know hair needs to look good and natural and this place definitely gets the job done! Thank you Hairline creations for taking care of me with my needs and bringing back my confidence!

Cindy is the most professional hair stylist I have ever met. Every time I visit her, I’m always certain that she will do a phenomenal job.. She also takes care to listen to my wishes and is always kind and warm…. It’s my 3rd year with hairline creation and I couldn’t be happier… Cheers xxx.

I can not begin to say how happy I am that I finally decided to visit Hairline Creations. My initial consult with Elizabeth was great, and my appointment today with Lindsey was nothing short of fantastic. I decided to let people know via a FB post today, and I'm at 215 "likes" in just a few hours. If you are giving it some thought, just "do it."

I needed to have work done to remove and replace hair in the front area of one of my hair systems but wasn't sure where to go. Fortunately, my son has had work done there on several occasions and referred me to HLC at the Montrose , IL location. This is the second time I've had work done there even though I had not purchased either system from them. Let me tell any of you wishing to have work done that you can rest assured that you will be treated with respect, kindness and courtesy there. My contacts with Elizabeth, Elena and their staff and stylists were can only be described as wonderful and very professional. I am grateful for their top quality work combined with very reasonable prices. Yes, I'm one happy camper as they say!

This is the best hair care experience I have ever enjoyed in life! Lori Hensley and staff could not be more accommodating, friendly, kind and attentive. The artistic component of their work is unmatched. The integrity and transparency of their fees and services is refreshing in a market often brought low by the unscrupulous. This business is the “ real McCoy,” in the hair care service industry! I encourage anyone thinking about this to lose all reservations, call to make an appointment and come as soon as possible. You will be delighted that you did.
