Great experience! The staff is very knowledgeable and I feel comfortable expressing my needs.

Not happy with the result! Rude person! I told them to find my color of hair in order to do business. He said leave the building and i left actually, because in order to get customers they should be open to customers opinion, because customers pays you. They have some nice people the employees actually. But the one i dealt with was very unprofessional really rude and very disrespectful....

Not happy with my results at all. I should have opted out as I was never shown the conditions of the surgical rooms it was in the basement of the place and they were not what I call a surgical room at all. You meet the doctor the day of for him to consult not with the patient as to how many graphs is necessary for the results the paying customer wants but the MA who tells him what he thinks. Was very abrupt in telling me what I wanted he wouldn't do he has been doing this for a long time. Mind you they have a 1000 down non refundable cancellation which I cant afford to lose so I was all in. I spent way to much money for the results I got. I should have researched more not seeing the doctor until the day of should have been my sign!! But I wanted the surgery to much. Big mistake dont make the same one I did!!!!

I had my hair transplant performed in April of 2015. They decided I should have 2000 follicles replaced in the front and about 300 on my crown.. Its been about a year and a half, so I can't remember the doctor's name, but I remember he was kind and very frank and informative during the procedure . I felt no pain when they removed the donor strip in the back of my head to dice and implant to the front. The hardest part is waiting for the hair to grow and it takes about 7 months to really see some results and this can vary by individual.. By one year I was satisfied and it actually takes about 18 months for the the final result meaning all hairs are grown in at full thickness. I was 48 at the time so my growth may be a tad slower than for a younger man. Often it takes a second procedure to get the full thickness some people desire. Hair is like money..you can never have enough ! I did do a second procedure at HRC in July of 2017 with 1400 more follicles and everything is coming in as it should. One needs to remember that you are not going to have the hair thickness you had as an 18 years old and it would look kind of silly if you tried. I'm very happy to have hair to style, part on the side...whatever. I like having hair. Many men look fine bald...I do not !

Called and spoke to Rachel this morning and informed her I was new to the Dayton area and interested in getting a service. She replied “we only provide services to our clients”. I didn’t realize they weren’t accepting new clients so I Informed Rachel I would take my business elsewhere and she replied “ok” and hung up the phone. From the front to the back I would recommend employing associates that know how to treat clients and potential new business. If you have been receiving services as I have for 15 years now, you understand how delicate and personal the experience needs to be. I shall patronize someone else welcoming to my business. I would certainly recommend another provider!

I have been employed at HRC for over 4 years. My fellow employees are amazing, caring, and extremely talented! I am 34 years old, and I have never had a better boss than Bob. He is considerate, has a heart of gold, and would bend over backwards for anyone. Aside from my family, my clients mean the world to me. We develop a very special relationship and every one of them have a very special place in my heart, they've all become dear friends. There is not one of my clients that have a single negative thing to say about their experiences with us, or especially the management. I have a female client who lost her husband a few years ago, she was struggling in many ways. Bob did everything he could to make sure that she was taken care of and that her hair wouldn't be an unnecessary worry for her. I know a lot of business owners, none of them have impressed me like Bob has with his caring nature. In our industry, new techniques or methods come up quite often. We do all we can with our education to make sure we are offering the best possible experience for our clients. I got into hair replacement, because I wanted to make a difference...working here, I truly feel I do!
