UPDATE 03/10/23..... We'll start with move in and previous Hailey leasing agents. Things went well and some issues were dealt with in a timely manor. That is where things go from okay to bad. I get that leasing people move on but somewhere repairs get lost in translation apparently. Let's start with the apartment floor with a bubble in it. This keeps the sliding door from opening more than a quarter of the way without being forced open and closed, thus the handle becoming loose. It took five attempts to get anyone to acknowledge the issue i.e. a marble rolling halfway across the apartment from the base of the door to get a response. After eight months...response!!!!!!!! Well, it will have to stay like that until you move out and then we'll fix it. If I would sign another lease or two, we're stuck with the issue. Option two would be to move to another apartment. I am pretty sure anything comparable isn't close to an option and not sure that is really even a offer. Next issue.....Eight months ago someone broke a key off in the door from the garage to the elevators. They removed the locks and repeated the answer of new locks coming soon. To this day they still aren't fixed and after notifying the newest leasing personnel of the problem four weeks ago.....Response???? We didn't know about it and they still aren't fixed to this day. Car broken into??? Response? That will take so much time to look at the recordings of the camera right in front of the car that was vandalized. Repair order put in 17 days ago for a freezer door that the seal is coming off.. Response???? Don't have one yet. I'll get back to you. Still waiting. Want free parking inside the garage instead of paying for it? Just follow in behind someone and park on the first floor. Don't be the person that pays $120 a month per car when you can park for free. Homeless were living in the stairwells that lead to each floor. No recycling anymore because some residents are unable to differentiate between garbage and recycle. Christmas decorations stolen from in front of apartments on the "secured" floors. I'll update if anything changes. UPDATE : Things are changing and definitely for the better. I'm not going to try and compare this to the whole water to wine or bread to fish thing but a much needed change is happening. Camp Runamuck seems to have closed. A new property manager that actually responds, informs and understands concerns has joined the property. Problems are being addressed as quickly as they can be considering the magnitude. Not sure how long it'll take to tackle all the issues but as of now at least there's someone making a effort which is more than we saw in the previous five months. I'll post updates as needed but it's definitely a much needed improvement.
They never called me back. I don’t know if they’re prejudice or if they are backed up or what but it’s been over a couple of weeks and is very weird to me that no one reached back out to me. I left a professional voicemail asking what the rental requirements were to be able to live there. No call back, no email. I’m very disappointed 👎 Edit: still no call back. It seems as though these apartments lack professionalism and customer service. I’m actually glad no one called me back because it definitely revealed what living there would be like. Plus theres other apartments that look nicer and are in better areas and are cheaper than these so called luxury apartments. Good luck everyone 👍👍
After searching around for apartments that did less than one year leases I found Hailey and I applied online and selected a 6 month lease (the only reason I applied here was for this). I also was happy they had garage parking and put in my car info for it. I paid the $350 worth of fees for the application and deposit and waited to hear from them. It took them a few days (citing my background check took longer because I am from out of state). Once they called they let me know there was no garage parking (as was advertised on the website) and that I could join a waitlist. I ignored that red flag and let them approve my application. I then learn that they cannot do 6 month leases (even though they let me apply online for it) and they asked if 12 was okay after they generated my lease. I said no and I asked for my $300 back ($50 was non refundable) since they messed up and let me sign the payment agreement based on false pretenses and the response I got was less than ideal. Again, I would not have applied and paid the fees of I would have known this was for a 12 month lease. They stated that I should have toured or called and they would have let me know this information (I’m sorry but last I checked the website should contain the same information). They cited they were unable to update the software for the website and that’s why I was able to select 6 months and that because I used the online platform “information does get lost sometimes” and that’s why they didn’t let me know they didn’t do 6 month leases right now. What an absolute scam of a company.
Great building with modern amenities. Most importantly, it’s dog friendly =) I moved here from Hawai’i and I had a tad bit of anxiety about apartment hunting. However, Ms. Turner (Leasing Manager) did a great job of communicating and she made this the most seamless/stress-free experience!
Pros. Megan did an amazing job showing us around. The units all looked clean and very well built. They have a pet washing station in the garage and a gym on the first floor. The walls are very well insulated which is a huge plus and the views are amazing. They also have secure parking. The first floor has a really cool industrial look to it.
