Travelled for 25 min to get a haircut since I heard good recommendations, and arrived at 7:40PM. The entrance shows they’re open until 9PM, and the Google booking system shows it’s possible to book until 8:30pm. However, I was denied of service and told they close at 8PM instead. They should make it clear for the customers and change the closing time that’s written at the entrance, as well as in the online booking system. I would not recommend this place if you don’t have a confirmed appointment.

I've visited this salon twice and believe it's also excellent for men's haircuts, even though it may seem more popular with women. I appreciate how the hairstylists really listen to what we want. Typically, men face the issue of having their hair cut too short, but that's not a problem here. They pay attention and deliver exactly what you ask for. In the past, even when I specified that I only wanted a slight trim, my idea of 'a little' and the hairstylist's were different, often leaving me regretful after a haircut. I've always thought that if a stylist could follow my instructions exactly, I'd be happy to pay double. Furthermore, I must mention the hair washing process, which is incredibly comfortable. It's not just a quick wash; they take their time and even include a relaxing scalp massage. Small hairsalon with nice interior and great service. The Stylist who did my hair does not understand English but there is a translator who helps on this. Hairstyle and color (organic) are nice at reasonable price. The only cons I found after I reached home is the grey hair is not well covered. Apart from this, will still visit this salon again due to the location (short walk from Chong nonsi BTS), great service and affordable price. Just need to emphasize the matter to the stylist, trust she can do a good work.

Amazing experience! Got the keratin smoothing treatment and love the results. Staff is sooooo kind and helpful. Will absolutely come back whenever I’m in BKK again. ☺️

Great salon, went in for the first time for a root touch up and cut and they got the colour spot on and the cut exactly what I asked for. The stylists were all lovely and very welcoming and gave an amazing head massage when rinsing out the colour. I'll be back!

Called and got an appointment last minute for a haircut. The receptionist speaks very good English and was able to communicate what I wanted done with my hair to the hairdresser. The hairdressers are very professional and detail oriented. I’m very particular about my hair and left super happy. 10/10 service.

They took great care of me and I love how my haircut and blow dry came out. The receptionist speaks English and helped translate. I showed the hair stylist a photo of what I wanted and she did exactly that. I was in and out in less than an hour. Price was good and the head massage during the hair wash was so nice. Would recommend. Wish I could go back.
