I ordered pasta and it was pretty decent and for the price I paid it was a decent amount of food

I was there today and someone stole my bag. I am still waiting hours to get the video footage. There needs to be more focus on security.

Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the sandwich I had from here Saturday. I ordered a turkey sandwich on a whole wheat wrap which was the worst decision I ever made. The guy put 3 pieces of turkey and the turkey had a weird smell and taste, the turkey was red. The honey mustard tasted too strong and the tomatoes were definitely old and soggy. Worst sandwich I ever had I had to throw it out and the next day my stomach hurt.

After the pandemic this particular location has change the quality of their service and food! I’ve been a customer at this location for four years. Their food is not what it used to be! Their salmon is horrible bad quality! their salads especially the bulgur with chickpeas is always stale and terrible taste I’ve had couple of sandwiches lately with stale bread! I’ve had breakfast wrap and I observed the guy who was preparing it using the deep fried oil from the basket ( next to the grill) using it on the grill for the eggs! The people who now work in the kitchen are lazy and don’t prepare tasty food! The lady in the register is very nice! So sad because it’s very convenient for me!

First, I have to say that I am not all too impressed with the quality and the flavor of the food. It's subpar, at best. Secondly, to give the benefit of the doubt (maybe the baked chicken I had and the grilled vegetables were not the best, but hey, not every time at bat is a home run) So, co-worker says let's give it another shot. Reluctantly, I agreed. We ordered over an hour before the scheduled delivery, which was noon. 12:00 passes. No food. 12:05 passes. No food. 12:10 goes by and now 12:15, still no food. Meanwhile, we only have a set amount of time to eat. One hour! Finally, they call. Told us the food is gonna be another 20 minutes. Told us the delivery boy got jammed up. We told them to cancel the order, which they did and they did refund the money. Another thing they did was ruin our lunch hour . . . Never order from here. At least, i won't. The girl on the phone (in my opinion) had an attitude because we said cancel the order. Really? The delivery was going to be 45 minutes late . . . by the time we start, our lunch hour is over. What an idiot!
