I have rented a i20 vehicle for a 5days trip. It was a very well maintained and cleaned car. Had a smooth and hassle free drive . I had picked up and drop at Guwahati Airport .They made the car available before I reach Guwahati.Mr Lenin have an excellent team and he trust you with the vehicle and never call to know your location.It was a very pleasant and hassle free experience for me. My suggestion for Mr Lenin is that he should think about the pickup and dropping charge( rs 700 each way,) to improve and make the service more user friendly.Because if someone taking the car from the Airport and drop it in the same location then the charge should be nill or a minimum charge. Other Than this they have excellent service. Clean and hassle free well maintained car minimum rent , supportive and responsive when ever you call him. Thanks to Mr Lenin and his team once again . My sister and brother in law came across their rental service. My brother in law was very excited as he got to know the owner Mr. Lenin hails from his hometown, Moran. Nevertheless they took the car for a two day trip to Shillong from Guwahati, it was indeed a wonderful experience. The car which was provided was a brand new Swift. We liked the minute detail of the host, that there was a sealed water bottle in the doorside of the car, which if thought about is not much of a great deal but it is such minute baby steps that brings the entire service memorable. Amazing experience with affordable prices for various cars. And the icing on the cake is that there is not set limit for the kms driven. Will definitely be taking their service again in future.
