This shop has very poor customer service .The sales girls are lazy and no interest in showing the jewelry collection .They are busy chatting and arguing with each other .The way they handled the jewelry piece shows how they are irresponsible and lethargic.Regret going to this shop .When we are ready to spend so much money on a valuable item the way they respond will obviously lose interest in coming to your shop again.

Small shop in karnikar street,busy adambakkam area,catering to lower&middle class people.
The best place for buy jewelry. The owners are best as always but the sales girls are very slow and attitude to show the jewelry they are not like the boys before they use to have Greetings the customers with smile and serving tea or water .Now days even visiting several times they not even ask for a water .Request to the owner to keep a trained staff for a smooth operation.
The ambience was good. Sales staffs were courteous. While entering the premises, temperature were checked and sanitized. The proprietors, were humble and greeted me in the evening. Shopping in gurudev jewellery was a divine experience to me. Love to shop more.
