Looks like new. Very highly recommended for those who are in Semarang but need a place to stay and are still single. But it's not really recommended for families, small children, or parents. Because the bed model above requires you to go up the stairs first. Then the location of the room is on the 2nd floor. The stairs are a bit steep too. Cm indeed the price is affordable (I got the price 160k / room) and the rooms are super clean.
