Do not come to this tire shop. I had to got 2 new tires a couple of months ago for the front. New not used. I had to replace one of them because it wore down only to find out it was smaller than all the other tires on the car. Stay away from this place. They also broke one of the studs on the rotor one time. Stay away people. If possible go to another tire shop
Overall they did a good job. I would've given five stars, but when I initially called I received a different price from when I arrived. After speaking with Manny, he was able to rectify the issue, & as a result I received the price I was initially quoted. The service was pretty quick once they serviced my car. Prices are fairly reasonable.
Emmanuel helped me remove a stuck axle after my previous mechanic installed it incorrectly and damaged the outer layer of my transmission, which caused the axle to get jammed. From the start, Emmanuel was very honest and took the time to explain the situation in detail, including the techniques he planned to use to remove the axle safely. He told me he would do his best to save my transmission and promised to let me know if there was any internal gear damage. He successfully removed the stuck axle piece, and even though the prior damage was severe, he was fair and did not overcharge me. I really appreciate his honesty, skill, and professionalism, and I highly recommend him.
Amazing service. I got all 4 tires and they gave me a great price much cheaper than the dealership! The service for all 4 tires, alignment and balance took just about an hour if not less. I will definitely be back.
