total cons sent the wrong part asked mr to return it and I did them said they didn't sell it to me lost $145 then $25 more sending it back they must need the money more than customer service just beware I should have read the other customer service post hope its worth the $150 you ripped me off

Absolutely appalling customer service being refused to deliver to my address even if I gave a business address. Kept asking for a commercial business address and not given a reason why. The part was only a window to be delivered. Not big and not heavy. A business like Harvey Norman has no problems delivering 200 plus kilo fridges into your house. I think a reassess of their courier company is needed. Plus they looked up my personal social media for fuel to bully me. Telling me that my protein shakes have messed with my head. I cannot believe company's are out there treating their customers like this. This is far from acceptable and should be delt with properly. Never once cared about their customer to offer alternatives or explaining anything correctly. I have my own business so when they first asked for a business address I gave them my own. Wouldn't accept it now they wanted a commercial business address this dragged on so I got cautious and requested a refund as I thought it may have been a scam. They continued to message me and bully me with personal attacks and put me down. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS GIVE IT TO SOME ONE THAT TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH DECENCY AND RESPECT unless you want this sort of treatment to continue.

Hi all, thanks for the stock exhaust system, got my defect off, happy now. Will keep it handy for next time. Looking for more EVO parts soon will definitely look you guys up again.
