I had an amazing experience buying from Groove Subaru, their team was very helpful and Moses gave me lots of room to decide between which Subaru was right for me. Financing with Grace was very simple. I’m currently very pleased with my brand new 2024 Impreza RS

Had a great simple, straight forward, friendly buying experience with Arnoldo Vasquez at Groove Subaru. I had also been to a different Subaru dealer for a test drive, and they sold the car right before my appointment, but didn't bother to tell me (drove 45 minutes to their location). I contacted Groove initially after seeing an in-transit model I wanted on their online inventory. I was able to put a deposit down remotely, and then the car even showed up a couple weeks early. (Note: If you know what you want, I recommend doing this rather than waiting until the cars arrive because they go fast!) Arnoldo explained everything clearly and the documents matched what we discussed. On the day of the purchase, I got a tour of the service facility (WiFi, working spaces, restrooms, refreshments - and dog-friendly!), and he guided me through the main features in my car. The finance manager, Mai Sheath, explained to me my warranty options, but did not pressure me. She also included a good deal on 2 years service at any Subaru dealer in the 50 states. Highly recommend, and I will be back for regularly scheduled maintenance! BTW - I LOVE my new 2024 CrossTrek Sporting!!!

I want to start off and say I’ve been to many car dealerships over the last 6 months. Also, I must say I generally despise car sales people and all the back and forth shadiness. To my surprise Groove Subaru was phenomenal. Even more so was Josh Federico who worked with me. He wasn’t pushy or aggressive like a lot of the others at other places. He treated me like a friend, and I am overly grateful for the deal he worked out for me. Even after the papers were signed and the deal was done Josh went above and beyond. After his working shift was supposed to be over he ended up following me to my house to get the title of my trade-in so I wasn’t inconvenienced. This allowed me to drive away in my brand new 2024 Subaru Crosstrek immediately. Then he spent another hour at my house showing me how to use and program the new technology in my car. After the stars aligned to bring me to Groove Subaru I’ve been so much happier. I am now ready for all of the roads to come:)

Bought my certified pre owned Subaru outback from here today. Chase our sales person was so friendly, kind, and helpful. He made everything go very smoothly, as did all the other staff. He let us know up front about everything and answered all our questions. Would absolutely buy here again, and I can not say that about any other dealerships I have been to! Highly recommend!

The car buying process can be very intimidating but Vincent and Grace made it so seamless. Vin really took the time to help me find the right car for my budget and really explained the vehicles in details. Grace really helped me get the best rate and best coverages for my car.
