Greyhawk Townhomes

Their website was very user friendly. We went in to the rental office yesterday and was treat extremely well and would definitely go back.

The office staff is wonderful, even through changes! The grounds and overall complex are beautiful. The townhomes themselves are designed well, great layouts, and have lots of storage.

These townhomes are okay.. we’ve lived here for 7 years and our rent keeps going up. I don’t understand how we don’t have a set rental amount. The place needs some SERIOUS upgrades. The fridge is too small for the space that’s cut out for it, the dish washer in our unit isn’t in correctly (measurements) the studs in the walls are buldging through all over our place. The carpet keeps needing to be repaired because it’s never put in CORRECTLY! My kids keep catching there feet and toes on the metal prongs thats supposed to be holding the carpet put which still is not fixed. A pipe burst in one of our bathroom ceilings causing the wall to bubble and cave in (took a year for that to be fixed). They want to keep raising rent prices but the place isn’t getting any nicer! Everything in these units are cheap appliances that break fairly easy or need to be replaced quite often. The carpet is the cheapest carpet ever put in here! It’s ridiculous!! This place doesn’t hold up to market value at all.

We lived 3 years and had a great experience. We could not ask for more. Stephanie is a great manager, always very attentive and caring. The maintenance and work orders of the apartment has always been on time also thanks to Beto which is bringing more value since we can see that the pool and common areas are better kept since he got hired. Highly recommend this place. Super clean, well kept and friendly staff.

Stephanie is the most caring, knowledgeable and attentive property manager I’ve ever dealt with. She will listen to you and address all of your needs and concerns in a timely and thoughtful manner. Memo is an extremely hard working maintenance man, a day won’t go by without you seeing him diligently working on something around the property, and he always has a smile on his face and is ready with a friendly wave. They may be at work but they understand you are at your home and they do everything within their power to make it feel that way for you.
