Greenstay Hotel & Suites

Aaron at the front desk was friendly and professional, rooms were so clean and we enjoyed an excellent breakfast. As a person who travels, I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

We came to visit my son who attends college in Springfield. The hotel was great for our purpose of a one night stay. The staff, Aaron and Kathy were very friendly. I asked about a reward program card on the counter at the front desk and it was explained to me as well that on my next stay I can get a college event room rate. The room was clean and staff was friendly!

Everyone was super friendly!! We slept great and the room was very nice looking. Enjoyed the extra details they add to their rooms.

The place was clean and the people were very nice, great service. I did not like much of the food at the breakfast they offered. They do have a good selection of food, but the quality of that food was poor. Also the bed in our room was super hard, my husband and I both struggled to sleep due to hard bed. Great people, great service, and the pool was very refreshing. Oh and they have an elevator. They are pet friendly

Staff was very friendly, pool was nice, location good. Quality of hotel room was questionable. No comforter, blanket on the bed was 2 top sheets with an outdated fleece throw in the middle. ac in room shot out dust and dirt onto the floor. Bathroom had no vent so very musty/moldy. No overhead lights only lamps in main room. We asked to be placed in rooms near each other with friends and were placed at opposite sides of hotel.

Clean rooms and building. Convenient parking. Easy access from highway. Low pressure in the shower. Comfortable bed. Rooms have larger refrigerators and microwave. No safe. Breakfast was why this is a 4 star rating - no hot water for oatmeal or tea. Scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, toast, juice, coffee, cinnamon rolls. Hot chocolate and water machine out of order, large water dispenser that had hot feature not working. Tables needed to be wiped. Small incidentals that need fixing. First time at a Greenstay - will continue to visit.
