This company was given a contract from the Council to install new windows and frames into the building. An employee of there's came to the building on 27th March, he took measurement's of all the windows and said the windows and frames need to be made and will take 7 weeks then they will install them. 7 weeks go by and on May 12th I get a phone call, thinking they are hear to install the windows. Instead he wants to get access to all the apartments again, once he is in the apartments. He says he needs to take the measurement's again. That the previous employee only took measurement's of the inside of the windows, as he thought that's what they where given a contract from the council to replace. This company is shoddy and cant even read a contract of what they have been paid to repair. Also they are lying as the first employee who measured the windows informed me he is to put in a brand new frame as well. It is now 24th July. Ten weeks later and still no new word or sign of the windows. ( Images of windows AND FRAMES that need replacing are below ) The apartments houses sick old men, who have to breath in mold and huge amount's of condensation daily.

Ridiculous company. This company was given a contract by the Council to install windows into the building. This company called up to the building on March 2023 and took measurement's of all the windows and frames. And said it would take seven weeks to make the windows and they will be installed then. After the seven weeks where up, this company sent out another worker to the building. To remeasure all the windows again, because he said the previous worker only measured the inside of the windows. And was told by the higher up he would be replacing only the inside of the windows. Which was a lie. Not only did he say he was replacing the whole frame, but would make a special frame for the kitchen window, as the tiles will need removing. The windows are old wooden frames, how would you only replace the inside of the frame with a PVC window and keep the frame old and wooden. Its now been over 12 weeks and no sign of the windows or any information. This company lies and are are waste of time.

Great bunch of lads. Fixed a heap of plumbing issues. New cylinder and stove. Very tidy workers. Great customer service. Highly trained staff and high quality products.
