Amazing service and friendly environment!

Purchased an item from here for my wife for Christmas in November but unfortunately I got a product that does not suit my wife's skin type. I emailed Greens over the holidays to let them know this and still had not got a reply in early January. I also txt them on their WhatsApp number regarding this issue and had no reply so I phoned on the 5th of January to speak with someone. During this phone call I was told they would not return the item as it was over the 14 days even though I explained that it was a Christmas present, they also would not even offer to exchange it for a product that my wife would use. Very poor customer service and this is why shopping local is a waste of time. Would not use again..

I had an amazing experience here. Tamiris is an angel, very kind, helpful and extremely patient 😊🤲 everything we need when we visit the dentist. On the top on that, reasonable prices. I'd highly recommend it👌

I really can’t rate Green Dental highly enough for their service! I was searching for specific skincare products (Medik8) when I came across their website. I was very impressed by their broad range of specialist skincare on the website and reasonable value! I bought a few items and unfortunately one arrived slightly damaged. I emailed Green Dental and without hesitation was offered a replacement. To ensure the item arrived to me undamaged, they offered to drop it directly to my house!! Thank you to Alex and Stephen! I will definitely be using Green Dental again for any skincare purchases and would highly recommend them :)

Incredible experience from start to finish. I booked through a groupon but I will be returning as a regular customer. The receptionist is lovely, the response time is beyond and above timely, the dental assistant is caring and the dentist was welcoming, warm and incredibly efficient. Look forward to coming back.

Please avoid them. They gave me an appointment for today at 5 pm. Once here, nobody was available and they left early for some reasons. Once I manage to get in contact with them first they said this page it's not theirs and then to contact them here with my phone number. Zero attention to the client. Waste of my time and my money to take half day off and commute here. To reply to her comment, no you did not tell me to call you. You gave me an appointment and only when I came there you told me that would be best to call you for an appointment. You should have just told me before and i would have called as you asked later on.
