Graycliff Townhomes

I have been a resident for the past several years, and I can say that the first few years of living here have been amazing. Moe is the best leasing agent I have ever dealt with. things have changed since his departure, there are several vehicles sitting around with flat tires and trailers all over the place. the Dog wastebaskets are overflowing constantly yesterday. There was waste bags with waste all over them, just flying around the property. nearly every night there is dirt bikes, ATVs and golf carts, flying around the property with no regard for people walking their dogs or their children. Additionally, people who do not even live here are in the pool, are using our trash pick up and are using our gym. People do not obey the stop signs. They do not obey the speed limit and several times I have seen children nearly hit by vehicles. Children are running around everywhere with no parents or guardians insight and are leaving trash half eaten food all over the property. I love this community but enough is enough.

The most beautiful area that he likes to live in. I have more than two years, a very beautiful residence, the management of two walls in their work, the residents of the area are very nice, I cannot describe how happy I am to live here

I recently moved 500 miles to Morgantown so my son could attend WVU . I looked for 6 months to find a suitable home to rent. I found Graycliff Townhomes and so glad I did !! The townhomes have so much room and are so clean ! The kitchen is furnished with amazing appliances and beautiful granite countertops! I have awesome mountain views and WVU is within 5 miles of the area. The management is on top of things and maintenance is completed quickly. It's a beautiful place to call home !

Under new management, Graycliff Townhomes has taken a very positive and noticeable turn in the right direction! The development has an all new gym/yoga room, new playground area, dog park, upgraded salt water pool, landscaping and newly paved drives. The townhomes are spacious with high-end finishes; close to hospitals and restaurants, yet private and quiet next to walking trails. Management is friendly, always available and takes care of issues promptly. Graycliff is a beautiful place to live!

Stayed here a year (2015-2016) and I only have one good thing to say. They do accept pets. Other than that, there were many issues that just aren't worth the price to live there. Trash was always a problem- overfilled and would blow into your yard. The parking lot during the winter was hardly ever plowed or salted. The "heated" pool was in fact not heated. The "dog park" is a small, fenced in area. Not impressive at all. The fitness center was kind of a joke as well. Would not recommend leasing from here. One last thing: you will NOT get your security deposit back. We maintained the townhome very well, had the carpet professionally cleaned, paid our rent in full and on time, and did not even receive partial reimbursement. Overall, not a pleasant experience here.
