No any positive response from sales guy and customer executive . They promise a lot but very poor response after payment of membership charges.

Worst company. No proper response to members. Please dont take membership in this fraud company 'GRAND HOLIDAY PARK VACATION'. They make all fake promises before taking membership. Don't believe these marketing persons. Also, they don't have proper customer care support.

The best way to waste money. Literally there is staff to serve no water no basic facilities. The location is so isolated that u can not do anything. I'm here after traveling for 13 hrs n then I've to call for everything cleaning to water everything. This place is not even cleaned. There are stains dust poop. This is absolutely useless and fraud. They are scamming you

Follow the package details as you offered. Don't ask extra money on the name of mandatory breakfast. Plz provide 4star 5 STAR property to stay as discussed not any random poorly maintained property.

It felt like I was in paradise! The Renger reserve resort is wonderful, the all meals are excellent and the service is absolutely amazing! We had the best holidays ever. The pools and the infrastructure are fantastic. Best part is you are in mid of jungle and off road driving. Thanks to Grand holiday park vacation Also thanks reservation Team❤

It was a amazing experience with this Shiva Oasis Resort The amenities were of top class. Food provided was excellent. The property is very well maintained. Pool side rooms are the best. I am a Member of Grand Holiday Park Vacation and recently I visited at four points by Sheraton New Delhi. Very relaxing and clean property. Stay was very comfortable. The food was Very delicious. It is located on NH8 highway and near to the airport. The room was brilliant in all aspects. Good ambience. Everything was very good and the staff was very supportive. I planned Corbett Ranger Reserve, Beautiful property with Excellent hospitality. The entire staff was so courteous and helpful that made our stay quite memorable. We went for 2 days but wish we could stay for longer. It's right in the middle of jungle and offer great activities for kids. Food is quite exceptional and they offer good variety of dishes. They also catered to our needs of providing baby food. Rooms are spacious and have all amenities.
