Would be great if they followed the listed opening hours, needed a part urgently so i go all the way there and they are closed, says opening hours 8-12 Saturday i arrived at 10,definitely not a good survics

I went on Saturday to my usual Plumbers Merchants to buy a mixer tap valve, and they were closed. I then went to another supplier, and they said they need the make of tap, and advised that I went to the supplier that was closed. I then thought of Grahams', and what a difference. The man got out a template full of different types of tap head connections. He tried every one, of which there were about thirty, and on virtually the last one, he said this is the one. He then found the correct valve, which he had in stock. This was great customer service, and I was very impressed by his helpfulness.

Very helpful staff always ready to give advice.
