Great chandleery. Everything you could ask for right at your fingertips.

After ordering in parts and being called around 5 times to be told there in, I explained that I really needed the parts and please hold onto them and I will be heading up there on the Saturday of the 21st of may I called a few days before heading up there to make sure they would be open after driving 2 1/2 hours I get to there shop to find there is a sign on the gate saying closed on the 21st of may this is not the first time. There costumer service is rude and not friendly either. I had been told not to use them from other boaters wish I had listened. Amazing how you can stay in business when there is no competition in the area u can do what you like very poor Barclay marine.

After weeks of ordinary fishing weather, finally had a week of great weather when had a problem with the power trim on my outboard! Bugga! Despite their busy schedule, Mary and Sam had a look at it the every next morning, diagnosed the problem being some dodgy relays, and after discovering that the parts were not being available in Australia (who knew!) , rang around and sourced them from a another servicing agent and had them installed and work complete by that afternoon, for less cost than I anticipated. Back on water the very next day with one of the best fishing days ever had! Great service.
