Made my second purchase from gracious sports last week where I purchased a bat and a pair of gloves delivered to the UK. Both items were of great quality and delivery is usually around 1week from dispatch. This was the second bat I have bought from them and both have good balance and ping. They are very patient with customers and help you with all questions including videos of the bat ping before you make your purchase. Will be coming back

I bought an SG Players Edition bat from the store, they gave me a good discount and sold me a genuine product as well. I checked the QR Code in the back of the bat and it turned out to be original. Even the SG Factory suggested to go to their shop as I went to the Factory first but they said that they didn't sell bats but their official dealer was Gracious Sports. Even the prices were the same as listed on the SG Website, but they gave me a neat discount. The only problem was that the website did not give the address for the shop and the official dealer in Meerut was a shop that is now closed.
