Gordon, Rich, and Brandi were absolutely wonderful, they made the experience of buying my Jeep a easy and quick process. My daughter and son in law also bought vehicles from them and had wonderful experiences also. Thank you Gordon CDJR!

Great sales staff. Very nice people to work with and will definitely be doing more business with them. Bobby was definitely the right salesperson to deal with, very nice and knowledgeable.
If you are looking for a nice vehicle and friendly kind people this is the place to go. Ask for Christian Wonderful Sales Associate. He got me what I needed and wasted no time. Honest and Upfront. It's Tax Season Go See Them If You Are Looking A New Car, Truck or SUV I'm sure they can help. Tell them Gail Houston Sent You!🥰
I won a prize in their "Rolling in the Money" promotion that they have going on at the moment and they were all very friendly and helpful the entire time I was there. I just glimpsed the vehicles in their lot because I am not looking to buy at this moment but I was very impressed with their selection. I will definitely be considering this establishment when I look for my next vehicle.
Terrible experience. I was not greeted or acknowledged when I walked in the door. I came to "claim" what I thought I had won on their promotional giveaway. I had 3 matching symbols that said you won $1,000. What a scam. Everyone in there had the exact same ticket with the exact same "claim code" on it. When I finally was acknowledged, the man ripped the ticket from my hand and when I tried to refer to it and explain how misleading it is, he kept it out of my reach and overtalked me. So, the whole point of the "giveaway" was to get customers in to sell a car... but they can't acknowledge my existence or even ask me how I'm doing? Horrid customer service and general human respect.
I deliver mail. I Bought a JDM Cherokee from Texas. Shipped it to Ohio and immediately there were problems. I took it ASAP to Gordon. I figured they were the closest Jeep professional. I was informed that the rear right wheel bearing failed and caused excessive wear to the axel. They replaced the right wheel seal, bearing, and axel. The day I picked it up, I made sure to cover bases asking about the left bearing and also the differential. He assured me they were both checked and were fine. I drove it the next day on my route and immediately knew there was a problem. Since I didn't feel good about the service I received, I took the Jeep ASAP to Wilmington Jeep. The entire rear axle needs rebuilt. New bearings at each wheel, seals, and the entire differential. How did they miss that??! They had to see the glittered gear oil!? Right?! And then told me it was fine. The guy in Wilmington said he could noticibly move the pinion/bearing. Said there were pieces of metal in the diff. How did they miss that?! The NON service they performed was right at $1100.00. Now Wilmington has to perform the same repair! Gordon should forward the $1100 they got for doing nothing to Wilmington Jeep to help with my bill. That would be the right thing to do. That's a lot of money for anyone especially around the holidays. They did the opposite of taking care of me and my family.
Just purchased my 2nd vehicle here at Gordon CDJR. The entire staff are knowledgeable, friendly and will work tirelessly to get the deal done. Completely satisfied!
