I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the professionalism of Goodman and Lilley as Managing Agents for my flat. I have dealt with the Portishead branch for over a few years now and am always happy with the communication, care and expertise they possess. They always find superb tenants who stay for years and they are always on hand to answer any questions and queries as their communication is excellent. Their help with the beginning of a Tenancy (which sometimes can appear rather daunting) is superb and they guide their clients through every step required with an ease and fluidity which is quite rare these days.
