Goodman & Lilley - Henleaze

We recently sold our house with Goodman and Lilley. Adele was absolutely superb through the whole process and guided us through the process with professionalism, integrity, and care! I'll be honest, we were a bit sceptical about using them at the beginning but all of our fears were out to bed and we would definitely recommend Adele and the team at G&L! When we were looking around at different agents, Adele stood out for us as you could tell she wanted to help us to move on to our next home. The rates were competitive and she did the viewings herself or with her colleague Vicky if she wasn't around, so we knew we had a good team working on selling our home rather than some of the other agents who seem to let the house sell itself, which means prospective buyers could miss all of the little touches and improvements we had made unless they had a very discerning eye. They also ensured everyone had enough time to view the property with longer viewing slots so prospective buyers had enough time to get a proper feel for the house and weren't rushed through as the next people were waiting. After we chose Adele and G&L, Adele helped up to set up the house to get out looking at its best. She told us how to style it and even letting us borrow some of her soft furnishings to add the final touches. When we went off the walk around, she took on the details of what we'd done and was making notes so she could recall them later and share them with colleagues as and when necessary. Our original buyers very frustratingly pulled out but G&L were quick to react and get the property back on the market and find another buyer on the first day we opened it up to viewings. When our prospective purchase hit a few snags, Adele and the team was very proactive and helpful in guiding us through the hurdles we encountered there. Both sale and purchase were then pushed through quickly and we are now in our new home! We can’t recommend Goodman and Lilley enough. We have recently completed on our sale and purchase, both of which were managed perfectly. From initial viewings (Duncan and Vicky), offers being accepted (Andy) to support throughout the process (Nicola), nothing was ever to much trouble and we were reassured throughout the process. All staff at the Henleaze branch were aware of our sale and purchase making communication very easy, something that’s invaluable when buying and selling a house.
